Producer
David delivers first rate music production at his own recording studio in Manchester. He aims to bring out the very best in every artist he works with. Whether building songs from a simple idea or augmenting and refining a band or artist songs, he will get the best out of you!
He has over 25 years experience and has acheived critical acclaim for his production skills over the years.
Engineer
A highly experienced recording, mixing and mastering engineer – David learned his craft from an early age and has worked in some of the best studios in the UK.
He has a great ear for what sounds good and is not afraid to try new ideas. He has an in depth knowledge of recording, mixing and mastering techniques, and aims to get the best sonic quality on your recording sessions.
Musician
David started his career playing drums and has gone on to record and perform with some great artists over the years. Alongside drums, he has developed his skills with bass, guitar, keys and BV’s too.
His knowledge and skills as a musician gives him a great understanding of what it’s like to be on ‘the other side of glass’ which is beneficial in understanding a musicians needs and helping them feel at home in the studio.

Inspiring and creative Music Production!
Before embarking on any work, David likes to get to know more about the artist and what records that have inspired them. What music they love? and what they’re listening to at present. He likes to build up a picture of what the artist is about and what they are aiming for which helps create more seamless and symbiotic productions.
A CLEAR PLAN
All productions will be set out with a clear plan and budget, which is tailored for an artists specific needs, whether it be a single, e.p or album.
ENTHUASIASM & DRIVE
There’ll be lots of enthusiasm and drive on your sessions, time to experiment with ideas and some fun along the way too!
A GREAT STUDIO
Sessions will take place at Hope Mill Recording Studios in Manchester – a great studio for Pre Production, Recording and Mixing.
